This property had no wi fi in the rooms and even in the reception area it was barely working. They put me in a room far in the back where there was barely any service after I had said I needed wi fi to work while staying here. The bathroom had no toilet paper just a bucket with water. There was no water for a whole night and the following day. I wasnโt able to brush my teeth or shower not even wash my hands. This place is terrible I would never recommend anyone to stay here unless you want to live like an animal. The only nice thing was that the staff, they tried to accommodate me after I asked for a refund because I was leaving to another hotel. Only then did they give me a somewhat decent room with wi fi after I had already booked something else and refused to give me a refund for the following nights even after all of my complaints. Also the door knob was falling off and the shower knob as well. Would NEVER stay here again.
