We stayed for 8 nights in a ground-floor superior room. At first, we were a bit disappointed with the shabby terrace facing a stone wall, but the room itself was spacious and nicely presented.
Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of uncomfortable situations. On two occasions, two different boys was standing outside our room looking into our room, which made us feel unsafe. We reported this to the staff, and it did not happen again.
We also had an issue with a strong sewage smell from the toilet. The staff responded and added something to reduce the odor, which helped somewhat.
The walls were quite thin, so we could hear conversations from the neighboring room. But the reception staff were friendly and helpful, although some of them had limited English skills.
Overall, the hotel itself was ok, but safety concerns and odor issue unfortunately affected our stay.
