Très beau séjour au Riad ! Personnel accueillant et la terrasse pour pour déjeuner c'est parfait ! Seul bémol , le Wifi est pourri et il manque une affiche pour trouver facilement le Riad

Great Riad, the staff was very kind and always ready to help. A big thanks goes also to Khalid the helper and Camilla the property manager who were always smiling and a pleasurable presence within the Riad.

Chambres sympa, lits confortables et larges, avec petit salon Personnel très prevenant et dispo à toute heure Super petit déjeuner très copieux Emplacement parfait près de la medina Petit bemol sur l'eau chaude difficile à régler Des grandes serviettes seraient appréciées plutôt qu'un peignoir

Rias agréable , emplacement idéal pour se balader et découvrir Marrakech ❤️ Le personnel est très sympathique,Ibrahim vous accueillera avec un grand sourire , Pour la trouver il faut bien préciser riad RAMZ Pour y accéder c'est pas intuitif mais elle se trouve 🙏

Déçus dès notre arrivée. Nous avions réservé 2 chambres double supérieures du 25/03 au 2/04/2025 au riad RAMZ. Le taxi réservé auprès du Riad pour le transfert à partir de l'aéroport n'était pas là. Nous avons du prendre un autre taxi qui nous a déposé à proximité. Là nos valises ont été prises par 2 jeunes avec une carriole et qu'il a fallu payer (10 €). A l'arrivée, nous avons immédiatement été amené vers un autre riad à proximité (IKALIMO).La chambre était petite, le tapis plein de taches, juste une petite commode pour ranger nos affaires, pas de penderie, la TV ne fonctionnait pas, la clim non plus, peignoirs absents. Terrasse sur le toit en mauvais état gros trou sur la table, lampe cassée, plantes desséchées. Manque d'entretien général. En compensation du problème de taxi à l'arrivée, il nous avait été proposé la gratuité du taxi pour le retour à l'aéroport mais cela a été refusé lorsque le chauffeur a demandé confirmation (15 €) En bref, nous avons été déçus dès notre arrivée. Rien ne correspondait aux photos sur le site. Il y a manque d'entretien général

Not the same place as what I booked. Completely different Riad with not even the same name. Two conflicting addresses which sent us on a wild goose chase until eventually a kind shop owner called the number for us and had someone from the hotel come and meet us. The riad was not signposted at all so practically impossible to find as a pedestrian. It was a completely different place with no explanation as to why we had not been given the room I had booked. After complaining, the excuse given was that our original room was the room we had booked (from the pictures) but it had a leak in and there were no more spare rooms. I would like to believe this but do not appreciate the complete lack of communication on this issue before checking in. We were told that this room we were given was of the same standard but I disagree. The room I believed I was booking had a large bathroom with a deep soaking back and the room we were given had a small shower which didn’t even have a shower head holder. The staff however were very nice and I understand there was not much they could do. However I am overall wholly disappointed with the way this hotel is false advertising itself and how difficult it is to find in Marrakech.

Non ho davvero parole. Dico solo questo: HO TROVATO UNO SLIP SPORCO FEMMINILE APPENSO NEL BAGNO. Il personale non sapeva parlare inglese. Non c’era la carta nel bagno, lo shampoo era finito come anche il bagnoschiuma. E nessuno lo ricaricava. Struttura lontana dal centro. Quando prenoti con Expedia PAGHI “TASSE ED ONERI”…. LI HANNO PRETESI DI NUOVO APPENA GIUNTI IN STRUTTURA. Ma sapete la ciliegina sulla torta? NON SI CHIAMA RIAD RAMZ SI CHIAMA IKALIMO…. Non ho davvero parole. Un incubo!!!! NON LO CONSIGLIO NEMMENO AL PEGGIOR NEMICO Je n'ai vraiment pas de mots. Je dirai juste ceci : J'AI TROUVÉ UN PANTALON FEMME SALE ACCROCHÉ DANS LA SALLE DE BAINS. Le personnel ne parlait pas anglais. Il n'y avait pas de papier dans la salle de bain, le shampoing était terminé ainsi que le gel douche. Et personne ne l'a rechargé. Structure éloignée du centre. Lorsque vous réservez avec Expedia, VOUS PAYEZ DES « TAXES ET FRAIS »... Ils les ont de nouveau demandés dès leur arrivée à la structure. Mais connaissez-vous la cerise sur le gâteau ? CELA NE S'APPELLE PAS RIAD RAMZ, CELA S'APPELLE IKALIMO…. Je n'ai vraiment pas de mots. Un cauchemar!!!! JE NE LE RECOMMANDE PAS MÊME AU PIRE ENNEMI I really have no words. I'll just say this: I FOUND A DIRTY FEMALE PANTS HANGING IN THE BATHROOM. The staff could not speak English. There was no paper in the bathroom, the shampoo was finished as was the shower gel. And no one reloaded it. Structure far from the centre.

Itwas horribal expérience, Arrived the riad ramz reception agent informed us to let our luggage in the lobby, und we have to move to another location of the riad. We come late in the night 23h and we didin t found any rooms. All occupied no room free. After 2 hours waiting we sleep in the lobby canape. The local manager promiised us to take in charge two booked days. Till now no money recovery
