When we arrived, there was a big leak in our room. Instead of giving us the next available room, they made us wait for a very long time to try to clean up this room with a leak. We had traveled for 24 hours with our little girl who is six years old. We were tired and it was getting late. After they made us wait for close to one hour with multiple workers coming to clean the leaked water, finally then they said to give us an empty room. Perhaps they could have offered us that sooner. I don’t know the reason, maybe they expected to clean the room faster. We came during Christmas week, so maybe they were understaffed, because it was hard to find people to get pool towels, and the front office was usually closed. Also, our room was only cleaned once when we stayed for five days. I think they probably have better service when it is not Christmas week. The location is nice and overall the place is a good deal. I think they have potential to be much better. Simple things like keeping the pool cleaner or have more lights around the pool, and having pool towels available more often. It was 3 PM in the afternoon and no one was available when many guests looked for pool/beach towels; they said we had to return to the front office in the morning for towels. But in the morning, nobody was at the front office.
