The hotel is central and nice. However, my experience was competely negative: I had paid extra for a flexible fare (4 nights) because my father-in-law had serious health problems and I was uncertain about my business travel there. I then decided to go (I had an important meeting for a European research project) but had to return after 2 nights only (I had warned the manager on my arrival that I may have to leave earlier due to serious family problems but she clearly did not believe me and wished me a nice holiday there, completely ignoring my communication!!). When I unfortunately had to leave because my father-in-law had badly worsened -he died in the night - I asked to cancel the extra 2 nights or to get at least one reimboursed but after a generic email saying "we will see what we can do" I did never get any answer, nor did I get a refund. I heard that the third night was offered to a colleague of mine, but she did not manage to enter the room when she arrived at around midnight after a business dinner (the card was not working) and, since nobody was at the reception, she had to look for another place to sleep. In spite of this inconvenience, the room costs were never refunded to me. This was really, really sad and unpleasant.
