We just wanted to take a moment to shout out the AMAZING people we met during our time in the Dominican Republic. We cannot express how warm, genuine, kind and respectful these individuals are and how much their hard work, smiles and service has shaped our view of the Dominican people, culture and the time we spent there. The beach staff, Fanny and Yolenny, who always treated us like family and kept the drinks coming! Gino, was the COOLEST security we've EVER met and no matter how hot it was, we knew we would find him at his post. We even got a smile out of him and his new sunglasses. To the wait staff, Marlon, Julio, Poche, Yesler, Juan, Regni, Mayloa and so many others..Muchas Gracias Para Su Amor y Respecto! These guys treated us like celebrities and their hustle and grind was like nothing we've ever seen! Lastly, I know that beach vendors and sales people are no one's favorite part of vacation but we have to shout out our homie Tito and Gavino, who made us laugh and showed us real Dominican life! We had the vacation of a life time, at Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana because of the people who run that place, the staff!

The staff at the facility were great. The property is very clean and well kept. The food was great. The pools were exceptional, very relaxing vacation. The only thing negative about the stay was there were issues with the elevators being serviced. Also, the Amstar staff that booked the excursions were a little pushy.
