It’s pretty much what you expect, but in our case slightly worse. The guy at check in was very nice and friendly, but there was no hot water. We called to let them know, around 2pm, they said they would fix it, and said it in such a way that made me believe this happens often. Came back that evening, still wasn’t working. Called again, they said the maintenance guy said he fixed it, when I said he hadn’t they said he won’t be back till tomorrow, so basically we were out of luck. No offers of discount or refund. As an added bonus one of the towels hanging on the rack had a gross yellow stain on it. Would not recommend.
