Sonno senza riposo
Neglected and noisy hotel. The curtains were stained with blood. There is no air conditioning which came from the ceiling but cold or hot air which was produced by a fan coil on the ground under the window which if you have to operate it is extremely noisy and raises the dirty curtains. At 4 am the bathroom started making an intense noise, with a frightening vibration and at very high decibels. The lady at the reception refused to come and check the terrible noise. It would have taken her a minute. The noise stopped on its own after 20 minutes without anyone from the hotel intervening. All night there was the continuous noise from the mini bar. Between the noisy cooling system and minibar and the possessed bathroom, our rest is ruined. The next day the lady at the reception was offended... Nothing to say however about transport to the airport, kind and efficient gentleman.
