Bad experience
Well I booked for 1-3 through 1-5 and immediately after I booked the dates changed to 1-4 through 1-6 I called location immediately and the woman said she changed it to correct date . When I got there Denzel let me know the room I booked with jacuzzi tub isn’t and wasn’t available and he wasn’t sure why it said that , also told me the rooms are all same price . Had to stand in the lobby 45 minutes or longer just for him to sit in a chair and tell me that he can’t seem to figure stuff out and that the woman that works there is new and didn’t know what she was doing when she told me on the phone that she changed room. After 45 minutes and my husband having to come in to check on me and Denzel swiping our card 3 times 40$,35$, then a dollar . We finally got in a room . He blamed hotel.come and told me to contact y’all so I tired and could not find one single number nor did he try help me find how to contact y’all . This was not cool and hopefully it don’t happen again .
