"It was the best decision to book this hotel. We were here for the first two nights of our Vietnam trip and the whole team was so nice and friendly! Especially Jimmy was our personal hero. He planned every trip for us and booked trains, busses and so on. Doesn’t matter which time, we could ask him and he helped us immediately. When we came back from the north after one week we had to spend half a day in Hanoi again and they were so kind to store our luggage, we got towels to take a shower and got a free breakfast. This was by far the best stay we had in Vietnam. Thank you all so much. "

"We absolutely loved out stay at the Splendid Premium. The staff was exceptionally caring, friendly helpful - everybody at the Splendid went above and beyond. I cannot stress that enough, they made us feel very welcome. Really everybody - across front desk, bell desk, breakfast, rooftop bar, spa, and so on. The location is excellent - it's right in the Old Quarter (which we later learned is the most expensive real estate in all of Vietnam - yet the hotel price was reasonable); lots of activities in walking distance, or a short ride from there. Breakfast selection was great, with some daily variations. We went to the Spa a few times, they knew what they're doing. Slight knock down (4 vs 5 stars) on 'condition and facilities'... it was fine, however if you expect a western hotel standard you may be a bit disappointed (room was rather dark with lack of view, and pool was cold); however, as noted before, this place is in Hanoi's Old Quarter, so that needs to be taken into context. Allover excellent stay, and we would go there again. "

"Easiest the best hotel I've stayed at in Hanoi. Staff can't do enough to keep guests happy, was offered a complimentary spa treatment and free mini fridge. Booked a room with a terrace and it meets any 5 star standards you might have. Strongly recommend the hotel."

"We stayed at Indichine Premium hotel for three nights and were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond—at one point, they even offered to take my wife by bike to pick up a pizza from Domino’s! That level of care is rare and truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Hanoi and close to everything you need. Breakfast was a highlight, with a good variety and thoughtful touches. For our early departure, they prepared a customized breakfast box, which was incredibly convenient. While the bathroom could use a little updating, the overall experience was fantastic thanks to the warm hospitality and central location. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and easy access to Hanoi’s attractions. "
