It seems that the owner is the client and the client the owner.
After my booking I didn’t receive any communication from the structure and I didn’t write to them thinking that it was an Hotel for the price I payed for 5 nights. I arrived at 19:15 and I found out it had no reception because it rent rooms. I called the number of the owner that Expedia gave me but with no success for quite two hours. I tried to call the number I found on the door but there was a registered voice speaking only German that I don’t understand. At the end after two hours I spent the night in another hotel.
The owner didn’t want to give back to me the first night telling me that I should have called them.
Unbelievable I hope they will spend that many for something really important in their live!!!
