Big brand name hotel low standard
The anantara brand is well nown fow the high standards, all details are alwayss perfect this is the reason why we choose to come here!
But in this case even if The hotel is quite new looks old. The location is amazing but is not enough. There is a huge problem with the smell that you find in all the bathrooms and honestly when you are paying a 5 stars hotel this can't happen! The rooms looks old and they need a refurbishment as well as the pool ..just some rooms are new and they are very nice but the smell in the bathroom is still there. The best thing is the personell alwayss nice snd professional smiling all the time and the one and only Mr. Benjamin the rooms manager, without him my stay would have been a disaster. I really thank him for his kindness and professionality. Every hotel should have someone like him!
