Outstanding staff and a clean well kept room. Parking was the only downside but we definitely would stay here again.

4/10 Fair

They serve the same food everyday for breakfast. They don’t have washcloths (Flannel/facecloth), you have to wash your body with ex-large hand towels. My husband ordered fish and chips in the restaurant and was told that they were all out because they only had 3 for the day which doesn’t make sense. My daughter ordered a piña colada from the bar (it was on the menu) they said she had to order something else because they didn’t have what was needed to make it. We tried to get a table for 3 people in their dining area and were told it would be a 15 min wait (Area was basically empty with a lot of empty seats). My favorite car. After waiting at least 30 mins right in front of the podium, my husband had to ask them about seating us again. Then they took us to a table and took our order. While waiting for our food, we decided to place or dessert orders so it could be ready by the time we finished our meal because it was taking so long to get the meals. We waited over an hr to receive our food. Another group of people came in like 45mins after we did and they were sat right away and next to us. They place their orders and received them in like 15-20mins. My daughter tried to tell the hostess dessert would be to-go, but she cut her off and said “I know, it’s coming.” Dessert were then brought out as a dine in order and had to be sent back so it could be a to-go order. Only good things were the bed is very comfortable and 1 staff member helped us to find a ride to Notting Hill.

8/10 Very good
