I reserved the hotel few hours before arriving there, on a Saturday evening. When I arrived to hotel, I discovered that the reception was closed and I had to get the room key form a safe in the hall. Apparently I had to receive the code to open the safe in the reservation confirmation, but it was not there. The telephone service put me on hold for more than half an hour, without any answer. Many other guests were in the same condition. When, eventually, somebody succeeded in opening the safe, we found there several envelops reporting some fantasy names on the exterior and a key inside, but not the room number. Presumably, the confirmation should have contained also these two pieces of information. Since nobody found her name nor knew what to do, we decided to get a key each and try all doors until we could find the corresponding one. No help came from the (remote) staff. Eventually, we found an apartment that matched our reservation request and stood there.
