when we got there, it had a horrible smell wet, tv didn't work, we were going to call front desk and there was no phone in the room, so we went to the front desk told them about the tv and the phone, the person didn't know how to fix the tv and the phone she said she didn't know why there was no phone in the room, we wanted to cancel and they wouldn't cancel it and we had to stay there so they wouldn't charge us for the room, also we wanted to use the pool and it was out of order they never told us about it when we had called a day before we arrived, thats why it smell horrible wet carpet, finally they moved us to another after they told us they didn't have anymore rooms, also they gave us a handicap room, so we decided to stay the night so they wouldn't charge us we had driving 17 hours to get service like this, we had booked the room for three nights in advance and we only stayed o e night and was able to cancel the other two nights, and the breakfast was cold and the potatoes were old the coffee was super hot,
