we had the misfortune of an adjacent room with two children playing ball.communicated to reception on the first evening, but unfortunately it had no effect.
On the last evening I communicated the fact via email asking for a little help because I really wanted to rest, and a very kind gentleman from the front office offered us a solution to spend at least one quiet night in another room. I thank him for this thought but it seems absurd to me that they are not called back and promptly prohibited from playing in the room. they disturbed us every day and every night.
People pay for a relaxing and quiet stay, otherwise there is no point in choosing such structures like this. So The rooms are not very soundproofed, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, be careful that a similar situation could happen to you.
The room didn't have a king size bed as described, but two single mattresses pushed together. Very strange.
we had to ask for slippers (as with every stay we have here). in short, there are many small problems, caused by carelessness in preparing the room and on the attention on the floors.
