Ariel was terrific at check in. Room was lovely & the bed was very comfortable. The tile floor could do with a good wash, which seems to be typical of most hotels; maybe the mops are dirty? Breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The hotel had run out of plates & there was no one to restock other items (forks?) until a guest checked under the cupboards. Tables were also not cleaned as guests left. A staffing issue perhaps?

I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast was a standout—it was fresh, well-prepared, and offered a nice variety of options each morning. It was a great way to start the day without needing to leave the property. Another big convenience was the parking, which was easy to access and hassle-free, making arrivals and departures smooth. However, there were some concerns during my stay. I did notice signs of bugs in the room, which was unsettling. When I brought it to the hotel’s attention, they were transparent and explained that the room had recently been fumigated due to a previous long-term guest who hadn’t maintained cleanliness. While I appreciated their honesty, it still impacted the overall comfort of my stay. Overall, the hotel has some strong positives, especially in terms of amenities and convenience, but the room condition in this case left something to be desired.

Stay was great for the most part. Stayed from 4/20-4/26 . Despite the housekeeper being notified on my way out, they still entered the room while we were gone and took down our DND sign, threw dirty linen from the floor to the bed, open the curtain as wide as they could then left. I was gone the entire day as my room was just left on display to anyone passing by. I was also walked in on me multiple times throughout my stay by housekeeping. The room is clean (despite a lot of hair in tub) and front office staff is nice. Someone needs to talk to housekeeping because it’s unacceptable and an invasion of privacy.

Wrong room assigned, Second room not cleaned, wet towels, gross bedding, food containers on table. Had to call main number, deal with automated cheap office line or walk all the way back to office with luggage. Pool green, filthy, infested with bugs. Will never stay in motel, city or any Wyndham named business! Manager who checked me in. Rashi sent clerk to deal with his mistake.

Hotel has been renovated recently and is nice. Better than most Baymonts. Room was clean, ample parking, but several contractors stay there and get up rather early, and are noisy. Breakfast eas excellent the day I was there, eggs and cheese, sausages, muffins, toast, waffles, fruit, etc. Coffee, juices, water, etc. Agood bargain.

Les chambres sont propres et les lits confortables. Ils annoncent des lits bébés qu’ils n’ont finalement pas ce qui n’est pas pratique pour des voyages avec des enfants en bas âge. L’isolation entre les chambres est bonne mais celle des portes vers l’extérieur est à revoir. On attend absolument tout et on sent l’air et la lumière passer.
