The service at this hotel is horrible. We called to request teabags (as there were none in the room), tissue paper (as the box was empty when we checked in), crib for baby, and extra towels (as they only provided 2 towels and one of them had stains). Didn’t receive anything for 3 days despite multiple calls. Went down to front desk twice but it was always over crowded and manager was in hiding always. Stayed 3 nights and still no tissue box (the hotel ran out of tissue boxes apparently), no teabags, and no crib. I happened to come across a cleaning staff and borrowed some towels. There was a cleaning cart with garbage lying around near the elevator all 3 days of our stay. House keeping is every other day but the day they apparently came to clean, washroom counter tops and bath didn’t get cleaned. Worst service ever! Also found a cockroach in the shower one of the days, regret not taking a picture as it was too scary! If this was a 2 star hotel, it would make sense. But they charge an extra USD 65/night amenity fee, on top of the steep nightly rates, so you would expect staff to be responsive, and at least a tissue box in your room, and a crib for baby to sleep on!
