Problems:
* Onsite parking woefully inadequate. Valet parking was $35, and took forever. Difficult even to park temporarily to check in.
* Front door literally didn't work without a key, despite the fact that the valets were right next to it. What if I hadn't checked in yet?
* Front desk attendant let someone (buying sundries) to step in front of me, without saying a word to me, or even looking at me. Normal human communication, please?
* Small shower, no bathtub.
* No late checkout, despite the fact that i actually needed it, and I have Hilton status.
* Overpriced, as compared to nearby properties.
On the other hand:
* Quiet for a downtown location, and dark curtain in the window.
* Good, solid breakfast, included.
