Perfect Location
Perfect location right at the foot of the Charles bridge, even with a view of the bridge. Very good breakfast and very friendly, helpful staff.

Great location
The hotel is in an excellent location. It is very comfortable and clean with friendly staff. Good breakfast. Only negative aspect was having to down three flights of stairs to get to communal tea/coffee making facilities which were on first floor. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Worst mattress in the whole world
It turns out the room we booked, which was thru hotels.com and had no choice for selection, was the smallest room in the hotel, yes you have a view but the mattress was terrible, totally worn out, 2 big pockets where people lay down, the TV does not work,everything else was good, the breakfast was good, a little hard for drivers to get to the property.

Excellent
one of the best places to stay in Prague. Rooms have a fridge and air conditioning. All staff members have outstanding customer service. Building is clean and fresh. Beautiful restorations done on this historic building. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel. Thank you.
