Where to begin. Show up at the property at 3:30. At 5:00 get keys to the property. That’s right 90 minutes standing in the wind. I had told them I was bringing my handicapped mother in for a procedure. The room had no bathroom downstairs. But wait that is just the beginning, don’t expect any amenities in this “resort style” property. No TOILET PAPER, coffee, washcloths, bar soap, towels had holes. Oops I missed a part, at 8pm they finally moved us to a new unit more suitable for my mom. Same thing, no TOILET PAPER, coffee, hand towels, bar soap, oh yeah got chastised by security because they gave me a non working key fob. “On site manager” is in a different city. If you call and they answer the phone expect 30 minute hold times if you have an issue. This is more like squatting in an apartment that someone just moved out of than “luxury”. And all this for an average $500 a night. And Max who was going to make it all better only waived the cleaning fee for a place they don’t clean. I bet if I brought a black light in I would puke in my mouth. But if your the type who wants to overpay for a horrible experience please by all means reserve a room. Just don’t say you weren’t warned.

Be careful with this place... We were traveling from out of state for medical at UCLA and wanted something within walking distance. I booked this place and thought I was done. I got a call as we were heading to LA from an international number asking what time we'd arrive. When I told them it's be after 10PM but likely before midnight I was told there was a fee for a late check-in, there was no check-in desk and that I'd have to meet a rep in the parking lot in the middle of the night with my credit card number. I refused this offer and indicated the reservation should be cancelled as there was no mention of a late check-in fee. I was told I would see be responsible for 1 night reservation for a late cancellation even though THEY changed the terms by indicating a fee for late check-in. I will not make that mistake again.

We had an amazing time at this place and will definitely want to stay here again. all of the amenities and the location worked perfectly for all of us visiting UCLA and Westwood Area. The townhouse had so much room that made our stay wonderful as we traveled with out teenagers. The resort stay offered us a beautiful pool and a wonderful workout room with a climbing wall. Our stay could not have been more perfect!!!!!
