AMAZING HOTEL! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and were always so nice when we had questions. They offered many recommendations, helped with train routes and also helped ship our luggage. The hotel is also a great walking distance to many places like Nishiki market and the Karasuma-Oike line so we could easily explore. The hotel room was also spacious and fit our family of 6 very comfortably! If you are considering this hotel you should go ahead and book it. You won't regret it!!!

Absolutely loved this hotel
We loved everything about this hotel. The location is perfect and we walked to most places. The beds were really comfortable, the sheets were crispy clean, and the space was great. Loved the small kitchen, the bathroom facilities were perfect and there was a table to sit at as well. I can't say enough about the staff who were so helpful and attentive. I would definately recommend staying here - we were sad to leave!

We had a great experience from checkin to check out. Location was fantastic, a short walk to Gion district. The service was great. They even put all of our luggage from Yamato shipping into our room before we checked in. Alice at the front desk was especially helpful. We are now in Osaka at another Mimaru property
