Les Jardins de Mademoiselle Hotel & Spa

Everything was great except first day air conditioner didn’t work. Room was 84. Pillows were awful! Too soft. Again; everything else was great and staff was very friendly and helpful

Amazing but the room was a bit small . Hotel staff were very friendly especially reception. Spa facilities were good but we could only find 2 gardens... there isn’t one on the 3rd floor? Very convenient for the metro and carrefoure express (also walking distance to the Eiffel Tower) but seemed like some nearby shops were closed (visited in August).

At first, they were very accommodating.y plans changed and I had to book another night. They were able to squeeze me in. The room was a little small but I didn’t care because it was just me and I’m small. The indoor pool and steam room was very nice! Gym was okay. Roof top is cute but lots of bees. Ac was very good as well. This is where it starts to go down hill. The breakfast was very small and kind of gross. So I wanted to splurge on myself and get a 90 minute massage. I call to book and then he calls back saying we need to make it an he earlier. I said okay.. so the masseuse comes in the room and looks at the room. She said this is the smallest room and doesn’t think the table will fit. After fifteen minutes of us setting up the table she finally starts. It was one of the best massages ever. She did amazing and does not deserve to work there. An hr goes by and she stops. I told her I reserved a 90 minute. She said they told her I could only get 60 because they had other reservations. No one told me this! I would have booked for a different time. This wouldn’t have been a big deal but the front desk people were very rude about it. They just kept saying “ there is nothing we can do”. Yes there is something you can do! You’re just too lazy and don’t care to have good service. Didn’t offer anything. Not even a free coffee.. overall terrible service. It’s good if you don’t plan on talking to anyone there lol. About a twenty minute walk to the Eiffel Tower.

The hotel itself was great and clean; very well managed, the staffs were welcoming and helpful, hotel location was quite covenient. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby, metro was just around the corner, and the neighborhood was safe. Definitely will be staying again when I'm in Paris.

Amazing hotel experience all the way around. Centrally located. Super clean. Very accommodating staff. Really cared about your stay. Went above and beyond !! Sophie at the front reception area was amazing. We will return,
