Casagrand Madrid

We stayed at this location twice during our recent visit to Spain. The first had cathedral ceilings and two bedrooms upstairs and one down. It had two bathrooms. The second was a single level, three bedroom, three bath unit. Both units were wonderful but I especially loved the single level unit. Both had nice kitchens but we did not cook. The area is wonderful. Many delicious restaurants to frequent, a close walk to the Prado, Thyssen, Botanical Garden, etc. and a short walk to a very high end fashion district. The on site mangers (until about 6 p.m.) were very helpful and a special thank you shout out goes to Ivan. There is daily cleaning and towel service if you want it. It is a quiet building. We would definitely stay here again. It really doesn't get better than this!

The apartment was in excellent condition. We arrive early at 11am and as the apartment was ready we were allowed to get into the apartment immediately. The apartment is well laid out with separate kitchen, living quarters , and bedrooms. The apartment was cleaned daily and new towels offered on a daily basis also. Felt very safe and secure in the building. Lots of good restaurants locally, good supermarket, and a short distance from Reitro Park ( A fantastic park) . Also very close to the main shopping and cultural activities. I have no problem recommending this property to anyone. We stayed on the fourth floor in apartment 4b, sold as Stylish Apartment.

We loved everything about our stay! Great 3 bedroom apartment- very comfortable, location close to everything and service was great! . Ivan who managed our stay was fantastic and so helpful! Only minor thing was it would have been nice to have Netflix or some English TV channels... Not enough to spoil our stay! We will be back! Thank you!!

My wife and I stayed with our kids on a two bedroom apartment. Large apartment with nice entrance hall, large living room, dinning room and separate kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathroom. Contrary to most apartments, these one has plenty of closets. Plenty of room for the 4 of us The apartments have been recently refurbished with clean modern lines but confortable furniture They provide daily housekeeping which is a must when traveling with the family The location is great on the Chueca neighborhood which is full of nice stores, bars and restaurants. But the block in which the building is located is very quiet. Close to mayor Art Museums, El Retiro Park and public transportation which is great to explore and enjoy Madrid. Can't wait to return !

Great location. Perfect for a family. Close to lots a great restaurants. Apartment could use a touch of love in some places but overall great apartment. Ivan that works in the front office was always there for us.
