Borgognona Rooms

Room is very clean and cosy. The place is at the heart of the city and walking distance from Metro.

Great location. Clean. Overall great experience.

Nice rooms in a fantastic location. Close to many of the sites and the Metro was close by so even the places a little further afield were easily accessible. If I was going back to Rome I would select Borgognona Rooms again

My wife and I were on our honey moon, we arrived We were tired and just wanted to get to our room and relax, There was no one around there was a desk with a red phone on it. There was 3 story’s staircase we were wondering if we were in the right place. We had sent our arrival tine ahead of time .after a long lengthy wait I decided to go up 2 flights Of stairs to see if I could find some one. I ran into a person asked where the staff was for this building , a young women that spoke little English said I’m sorry I was on the phone didn’t know you had arrived, she asked for our Credit Card to pay for the taxes for the room which is separate from your room charges which were prepaid ahead of time. She handed me a keychain with 3 keys on it showed us to the room room look clean she was not helpful when I asked her about tours she said another staff would be there tomorrow I could ask .The tv didn’t have any American news station all foreign. There was never any one around at the front desk ,after we got our keys no one was around for our 4 night stay . If we hadn’t prepaid we would have found another Place to stay ! Very disappointed!! I picked this place because the on line reviews sounded nice. I would never stay at this place again!! The one window in the room look down to other buildings looked shabby, unkept. This was the last place we were staton our trip to Rome !
