nearly perferct, room new, clean and good bed, wifi fast, breakfast good, good parking, 20 meters to the U6 station … what else you need ?

Found the hotel excellent, staff were excellent, not a complaint but could not understand why we in a disabled persons room, did ask the staff if this ok and would we have to change they said all was ok, so we stayed in this and like the rest of the hotel was excellent. On personal note I found the pillows to small,however my wife loved them

This hotel is a great place to stay when visiting Frankfurt. Although located in a very quiet area it is ideally located next to Ostbahnhof underground station which takes you to main stations to travel all across Frankfurt in just a few minutes. The hotel itself has very friendly and welcoming staff, modern rooms with very comfortable beds, stylish bathroom with toiletries and fluffy and latest technology TV. The breakfast is exceptional with plenty of choice of food, drink and pastries. The hash browns are the best ever! Best of all it serves until 11am at weekends. For the price we paid for a 2 night stay I can't rate this hotel highly enough. Hopefully this review will not make it too busy (or expensive) for when we next want to visit!

They did not have the room I booked, I was referred to another hotel, where they charged my credit card USD 57.00 per guarantee and USD $ 349.00 per day. It turns out that I had already paid through the site hHotels.com. hi be paid twice. is correct?
