Not so good stay. Long checkin lines. Ac broke in room they told me I could open window in the 26th floor(really?) ended up using fan 80 degrees in room all night(I did get half money back). Called front desk the next morning at 8am for more towels and wash clothes, they said no one was coming in until 10am to get us some then when we called back they told us linen trunk hadn’t come in. There was 4 women in the room!!!! No microwaves in the rooms. A lot of young adults walking around hotel. Smelled marijuana as we walked in front door. Coffee machine was not working properly. We won’t be booking here again.
Our trip started with us getting to to Crowne Plaza only to find out that we had to walk back to the Radisson hotel to check in. It was $30 extra to park for the weekend. Once we got parked, no one told us that if we came thru the green level that we could have got straight to our room. No where we parked, we had to walk back and take the elevator up to the Radisson and all the way around passed the front desk to get to the Crowne side of the hotel. The heat in our room wasn't working. Called the front desk and the engineer just changed the filter. Heat still didn't work. Called the front desk again to ask for a space heater. The heater and didn't help. The room was freezing overnight. Went to the front desk in the morning. Only to be informed that the staff wasn't moving around the hotel and to wait til 3 pm if the room was still cold. I waited til 4 pm to call. No one ever came back to fix our heat. While the room was nice and comfortable. Im not sure I'll be back to this hotel again. The fact that I had to keep calling about the heat was enough for me and they didn't even offer to move us to another room.
Very disappointed with overall stay. Cleanliness of hotel room was poor. Carpet was filthy , bedding had stains, bath towels and wash rags were dirty, even the curtains were filthy. Room as well as hallways smelled of smoke. Would not recommend this hotel.
The room was nice and clean but also cold which I reported to the front desk and maintenance never came to fix it. The hot water never got hot even after the front desk said to let it run for 10 minutes. The breakfast that was suppose to be included in our stay we never received so we had to order thru doordash.
The Crowne Plaza Baltimore has wonderful customer service and is one of the coziest stays in Baltimore for the price.
Our two night stay was great. Rooms were spacious and so comfortable. This will be the place I stay every time in in Baltimore!
The water wouldn’t get hot they sent a engineer to fix it at 2 in the wand was still cold
When I got to my room after a long train ride I wanted to make a drink. When I opened the ice bucket to use the liner a roach fell off the ice bucket top into the bucket. I mean as soon as i checked in! This was disgusting but prepared me for what to expect. 1. The loitering here is horrible. When I was checking in, a young guy who was hanging out in the lobby was being too close for comfort and kept eyeing my bags very suspiciously. 2. The water pressure was so bad that you had to flush the toilet several times before it cleared 3. Elevators were so old and raggedy that I immediately questioned my decision to select a higher floor 4. The ad listing has the Raddison and Crowne Plaza as separate entities however, they are operating as one. I paid for a room at Crowne Plaza but there was no reception area for Crowne Plaza I had to check in with Raddison. How are they allowed to charge a higher rate for one hotel with shared amenities and common areas
I had very noisy neighbors the carpet needed replaced and they have roaches
The view was beautiful but I couldn’t help but notice that sheer /light grey curtains were a little dirty. Aside from that I did enjoy my stay.
