Albergo dalle stanze grandi e accoglienti, ristrutturate da poco e dotate dei migliori confort. Situato in una zona molto carina, ricca di ristoranti e vicinissima alla Metro. Personale molto cortese e sempre disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema.
Staff are friendly and helpful. Close to public transport, restaurants and attractions.
The hotel staff was helpful. The hotel was centrally locates and a 20 minute subway ride from most places in Tokyo.
We stayed in the corner suite which is on the top floor and was like a one bed apartment. We had a kings size bed in the bedroom and our kids ( teens) had a double bed each in the lounge area. There were also 2 additional sofa beds in the room which was super spacious! The large TV in the lounge was great, we logon to Netflix to watch movies etc in English. There was a small kitchen area, although there were NO utensils ( not even a spoon). The washer/drier was a very nice touch and they do provide laundry powder if you need it. There was a decent amount of storage space but mostly for hanging - a few shelves would have been useful. The bathroom is tight but manageable. In terms of location, it was very convenient. There are several subway stations ( Akasaka and Akasaka Mitsuke and also linked to Nagatacho ) within 5 minutes walk. Getting around to all the top tourist spot in Shinjuku, Shibuya , Ginza, Ueno and Asakusa was so easy on the G, M and C lines. Restaurants, pubs and shops all just downstairs and on the way to the stations. Highly recommended for families. If travelling to Haneda airport with luggage, I would recommend taking the airport express bus which the hotel staff will arrange for you. It's just around the corner by the subway station. Much easier than going on the subway, which is always busy. It's much cheaper than taking a taxi and roughly twice the price of the subway fare.
Our family of 5 stayed 3 nights at The Centurion Hotel Classic Akasaka in October of this year. I CANNOT say enough wonderful things about this establishment. The staff was attentive and informative. The facility was clean and surprisingly spacious. The hotel provided ample toiletries and the rooms were cleaned and towels changed daily. We stayed on the 8th floor so did not have any noise issues that previous guests have mentioned. The location of this property was incredible! We were within short walking distance to two metro stations and countless restaurants/cafes/bars surrounded the hotel. Hotel staff were ready with suggestions of restaurants and any directions needed. This hotel was a highlight of our Japan trip. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for great hotel in the Akasaka area!
