I booked my stay weeks in advance, followed the online check instructions the day before check in as instructed. However when I arrived in Stuttgart, the check in office was closed and no one was answering the numbers listed on the office door or on Expedia. I walked around several streets trying to get info and eventually went to The jaz hotel. The reception tried contacting cloud 7 and indicated that poor communication was a common problem with that company. I then received an email from cloud 7 informed that they were overbooked and putting me in a room at Jaz. I checked in to jaz abc was given a standard room. However my original booking with cloud 7 was for a private apartment with balcony and kitchen. What I got at jaz was not the type of accommodation I wanted or paid for. Still no communication from cloud 7 regarding an apology or a refund. This is absolutely insane and ruined my European vacation
