Very nice room and staff.

We stayed at the Via Veneto for 5 nights. We had a wonderful stay that was enhanced by the service provided by all the staff. The reception/concierge ladies, Bianca, Claudia and Valerie where magnificent as they assisted us with all our excursion information. They researched train itineraries, restaurant bookings and they where always ready to assist. What can we say about Joel, his service at the breakfast room was superb and he was such a great person to meet first thing in the morning. He kept such a tidy and well stocked breakfast room and by the way he makes a really good cup of coffee. The boutique hotel is situated in a great area and is close to all the main attractions in Rome. The rooms are lovely decorated and they are spacious. Fantastic bathrooms, not your usual small European ones, spacious and with all modern amenities. Our trip in Rome was magnificent and the hotel we stayed played a major role. A big thanks to all the staff at Via Veneto for making this a truly memorable trip.

Wonderful place, great service, attentive staff !!!

It was absolutely superb. Loved everything. The staff was VERY helpful and pleasunt. The breakfast was included in my stay.. but 2 mornings in the raw I had to leave hotel before beeakfast time, so I asked if my breakfast could be accomodated for me when I return... and needless to say I came back to hotel and the food was waiting for me in my room. And the last but definitely not least... is the shower!!!! I literally fell in love with it!!! 😁 ... there was only one little thing... not close to the center of the city.. and requires some walking to get to the nearest metro station.
