appartamento pulito, funzionale dotato di ogni confort, in posizione centrale ben collegata con metro e tram.servizio efficiente,smart Tv , Wi-Fi gratuito,cassaforte in camera.....tutto perfetto!

Great Location! Spacious! Clean! However, not good customer service. ACs in the rooms were not working. They did not take care of the issue even though notified on time. Asked $15 additional fees per ac per night, which was not included in their contract. They do not mention anything about the expensive parking in a nearby garage, cost me 45 euros for a day of parking. Customer service is really well below standard. The person at the front desk argued with me on the AC issue and asked me to leave. This is simply not acceptable when they were all paid to provide the service. Also, they ask for a deposit in Cash only during check-in, which they vary from person to person. When checking out they ask you to wait 15 minutes to check the apartment to give you your deposit back.

Our apartments were clean and well located in the Old Town, within walking distance to everything. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, there is much street noise, especially at night, which made sleeping very difficult.

This apartment was very well located in the Old Town. The facilities were new and clean but the area is noisy at night. The very helpful staff provided us with fans etc but we were still kept awake at night by street noise
