There was no shampoo, no coffee in the room nor in the lobby, no hairdryer, no clock, and NO counter space by the sink.
The three lightbulbs above the sink: on didn’t work, one did but was extremely BRIGHT WHITE, and the other was dim and yellow.
The toilet seat was broken and loose. Where it connected to the porcelain, one bolt was replaced but loose, the other was broken. I almost slid off onto the tile floor which could result in an injury and lawsuit.
The light switch upon entering the room didn’t turn anything on. We were required to walk into a dark room to turn on a light by the tv.
The “refrigerator “ was a freezer…literally! There was no temperature control inside, and everything we put into it was frozen SOLID by morning. Not good!
There was no fitted sheet on the bed, and the bottom sheet and mattress pad bunched up all night. I had to fix it 3 times.
The lobby was uninviting. There was broken things stored in it.
When we arrived, the woman at the counter told us we should have called (we reserved through tripvago and Expedia). She said sometimes the room is not available even though the website says it is. She went on and on about this, until she actually found our reservation on her computer, causing us unnecessary stress.
The coupon advertising paper for the surrounding area restaurants in the lobby was expired by a month and useless.
We would never go back there.
