Excellent séjour en famille, chambre très propre et agréable, hôtel idéalement situé proche de Glass Beach. Gérante bienveillante et très agréable.

Chose another hotel

First, I had to kill the flies in the room. Next, there was a birds nest in the bathroom fan housing and the birds were constantly chirping. 3) The room was dirty; 4) check-in staff not very friendly; 5) no property orientation - had to ask cleaning staff for help; 6) Literally had to wait 6-8 minutes, with the water running, before any hot water started to come out of the shower. I'm sure I missed something....

Decent budget friendly hotel

Check in was easy, they texted us a link to check in so when we got there I was able to just pick up my keys. They’re really strict about the 4pm check in though. We got into town at 3 and they gave me the keys but reminded me multiple times check in wasn’t until 4pm. Also, there is a difference in late check out prices. The link they texted me to check in early had prices listed for late check out. The online price was $20 to check out at 1pm but in the office they said it was an extra $40 to check out at noon. So we just skipped the late check out. They were really kind and let us come back over an hour later to grab a sweater we forgot. We’d definitely stay again, the room was perfect for our family of 5. It’s a cheap hotel so there weren’t any fancy extras but it was perfect for what we needed it for.

Room was clean. However there are no chairs to sit on. Plus the bathroom door handle was loose and you had to almost slam the door to shut it.

Fantastic service for great price

Breakfast was good, they have waffle maker and different choices. They have very understanding workers. They are kind and very family oriented. The rooms are clean. Not much for tv choices.

Horrible service

The manager was not friendly and welcoming. The heater in the room wasn't working and my 85 year old father and i were miserable the first night due to the cold. Luckily family we were visiting gave us a space heater to use the second night. When i checked out i wanted to inform the manager that we were checking out and before i could tell her about the heater, she was quick to inform me i could leave the room key in basket. I informed her of the heater issue, she rudely asked what room i was in and didn't apologize or offer any incentive to come back and stay.

Office gal was weird. Confirmed 2 beds, Sent me to a room that had the door open and sheets off, when I walked in to inform her the guests in front of me had the same thing happen to them. She then asked 1 bed or 2? I was like… Really? Bizarre. It was nice and clean. It was really cold, we set the heater and went to dinner, came back 2hrs later, still cold. Called the front and said the heater isn’t working, do you have extra comforters? (The bedspread was thin with a thin flannel blanket. She said no. So I asked about a portable heater, she said someone else is using it, she will call me. 40min later she knocks on the door and brings a stinky(like cigarette smoke) heater to at barely worked.

The floors were sticky and dirty, like they haven't been swept and mopped for a while. No one came to check us out, so I checked out on my phone and we just left the keys at the front desk. However all other amenities were nice and hotel was within nice walking distance of most things in town which was nice. It was a comfortable enough of a stay near the beach in cute little Fort Bragg.

We stayed in a spacious room with two beds. The room was in the back part of the property of the one story motel. Our room had windows that leaked rain into the room as it rained all night. Heat was supplied by baseboard heaters and we were concerned about rain on them. Almost all the windows were unlocked. Glad I noticed this and locked all the windows before we went to bed. The bath/shower is old and had outdated pink tile. The floors were updated, but I really wish hotels and motels would discontinue using brown comforters on the beds. The towels were dirty and had stains. There was someone else's hair on one towel. Really disgusting - as if they had hung back used towels. The breakfast offered with the stay was nothing fantastic - waffles, cereal, juice, coffee.

The bed was clean but the room was not. It was noisy but it was New Year’s Eve so not totally the property’s responsibility. But they could have done something when the couple were fighting at 2:00 AM. The refrigerator did not work. The window in the bathroom was cracked. It was ok
