Everything was great the only problem I had was u need to give to fob key instead of one due to the set up it's good for protection but u might want to do something separately and u cant cause how would u get back into the building and operate the elevator. Otherwise I love the place nice and clean

Good location. Safe & Secure building w/security staff. Clean and spacious unit. TV didn't work (issue with power / plug on that section of the wall). Called and was able to text with someone for customer service but no one came to check the issue out, just dropped batteries off, which did not address the issue.

I did not like that my early check-in request could not be accommodated after giving them about a months notice. I felt my room should have been priority and could have been ready before 4pm, if not 11am (the time I requested). I am appreciative of the office willingness to hold our bags. The apartment was beautiful and very homey. The windows are amazing. Very clean!

Game day trip
We went to New Orleans to see the Steelers play the Saints. The apartment is in a great location between the stadium and Bourbon St. The apartment was very clean and quite. The negatives are the couch and the bed are very low and they were hard to get out of. The shower could use a shelf for soap and shampoo.

The Perfect CBD apartment!
Absolutely loved our stay in this spacious, beautifully decorated apartment. It is located in a secure building (with a door man) and in a great location just blocks from the street car line and walkable to the french quarter. The apartment has everything you could possibly need and the building has a beautiful roof top terrance which was a nice surprise and a great way to start or end the night. I would definitely stay here again and have recommend this place (and Sonder) to my friends.
