Hotel moderno, difficile la strada per accedere al parcheggio, migliorabile la colazione, peccato che non ci sono le finestre per cambiare l'aria, potrebbe essere migliorabile per quanto si paga

Nice modern hotel in centre of town

Good location, very good service.

In the room, the shower don’t working, I call for another room but it was wery cold. FOR one hotel with 4 star it îs not ok. Be advice.

Highly disappointed stay it was, my entire family was still unable to come out from that thought. We were given used towels and left out with used bed covers. Feeling highly disgusting on using previous members used towel. I don’t have much words to express, it is the disappointment and the feelings your mind go through on you and your kids using the someone used towel and sleeping in the bed which cover was not changed. This doesn’t look like one time mistake but it looks like cost cutting idea where we been the victim.

Good hotel in a great location in the centre of town. Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice modern fittings but did experience a problem with the bathroom door which was plate glass and opened both ways with a large gap at the bottom and my wife jammed her toes under it on the first night! Painful! Finding the hotel by road was difficult as the gps could not locate the destination as it is in a pedestrian area and the descriptions prior to booking did not explain the procedure if travelling by car.

Our room was great and check in was easy. Front desk gave us a restaurant recommendation within walking distance and it was fantastic. Only problem was the hotel is impossible to find by car. Most of the surrounding roads were pedestrian only or walking distance. Would have really helped having the directions to find the parking lot in advance!

To find the parking I needed an hour. Receptionist not helpful.

I went for a family room without breakfast as i don't normally manage it. The room was a good size but I can't imagine a whole family staying in it, it was fine for me on my own. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was immaculate. The room had good facilities eg. tea coffee, hairdryer, water etc.. but i would have liked more than one tea bag and there was very little lighting, two side lights to the bed, a standard light and a light just above the door as you enter the room but none overhead in the rest of the room which made it quite dark. Cleanliness wise the bathroom had some random stains on the wall but was otherwise clean. It was a shame you couldn't open the window as the air conditioning was not the easiest to function. I like the recycled rainwater that flushes the toilet they are obviously environmentally friendly.
