Couldn’t fault this hotel from start to finish so comfortable staff friendly gym spa and pool spoltess alot bigger than they looked on photos we stayed in the annex terrace building room which had a huge balcony and would definitely return wish we could of stayed longer around 30-40 min walk from centre but can also get the tram which is a couple stops but we enjoyed the walk also an amazing park no more than 10 min walk from hotel - (Sarphatipark) we have stayed in lots of different hotels and this was our favourite yet

The hotel was not 5* quality as advertised. We stayed in one of the studios which is located in a different building, the studio was comfortable but needed more lighting in the sitting area. The glasses and crockery were mismatched. The breakfast was cold although there was plenty to choose from.

Excellent facilities. Loved the sweets and Prosecco freely available in reception. Room was good size. Bed really comfy. Spa and gym pretty decent for the size and price of hotel. Walked from central Amsterdam in about 35 minutes and very easy to navigate on the tram if needed
