Was not very friendly during checkin, then sent us to a dirty room! Would not let us have a roll away. Said it was a fire hazard!

Comfortable but missing most amenities
The room was nice and comfortable but the pool was down and wasn’t advised before we came. This was a key point on picking this hotel, also none of the equipment in the gym worked ( ie: treadmills, eliprocals)

Comfy and clean but Disappointed
It was a Wednesday night and there was a sign out saying the pool was closed this weekend for maintenance. The pool was closed, apparently Wednesday is a weekend. Coffee maker in room with 4 pods which is good, however one plastic wrapped condiments. So only 2 creamers and 2 sugars. The breakfast situation at Holiday Inns are ridiculous. Cold Grab and go. No protien option without sugar. Bed was comfy, room was clean, safe area.

Quick Trip
Love the theme of the hotel. The restaurant was closed, however there are alot of delivery choices close by. The beds were very comfortable. We will be back!!!

Not Soundproofed
One of the features of this hotel is supposed to be soundproof rooms. However, we could hear the people in the next room closing their blinds (could hear the blinds moving) and everything louder than that quiet sound. These were the least soundproofed rooms I've ever been in. If you're looking for quiet, these aren't the rooms.

I always seek out Holiday Inn!
I always seek out Holiday Inn. Their customer service is second to none. No matter what might happen, they are always ready to bend over backwards to make me happy. Called ahead to request the my 2 rooms be near each other, and they blocked ghem off for me. Had a problem with the toilet in one room, but they managed to get it taken care of, even ghough they didn't have a maintenance person at the location at the time. They still got someone up there to my room to fix it quickly. And made sure i had fresh towels and coffee afterwards too. Always above and beyond!

Could have been better
I think they were doing the best they could, considering the situation . My eyes started burning shortly after entering my room. I think it was something that they cleaned the room with. The problem got better the next day. There were no supplies for the coffee maker in the room. A wet cleaning cloth was left behind on the bathroom sink. Maybe they are short staffed?
