Started with verry unplesant rude receptionist. We arived at 15:30 on saterday and where told check in starts at 18:00 - not mentioned anyware during booking. Then recived room reaking of smoke that was unbearable so asked to change room imediatly and they did luckily.... Pool was filthy so passed on that.... Hotel has a few parking but verry difficult to catch onem at the evening waited 40 minutes to park. Overall a big pass. Would not stay hear again. Plentu over better options in eilat with much better value for money.
Overall ok, but they have a way to go in terms of service, especially for this price. Will start with the pros: the room was comfortable and clean (but see below). Taspai the guy who welcomes you to breakfast gives a great service provided with a lovely smile. The barista was great too as well as the guy in the front desk at nights. The location was great. I arrived at 17:00 to check in to my room after a long drive. They keep Covid rules which is good. Got the keys and went to my room, but was surprised to see a lot of grabage in it. Went back to the front desk, knowing mistakes can happen and letting the front desk know quietly that the room was not ready. She called the cleaner down and started yelling at him in front of other guests waiting for check in. Then after she changed my room, she was mumbling "I'm tired of this hotel, they don't know how to work!". Well, I didn't complain and didn't expect her to make all the noise when I didn't make any.. Then another day I ran out of toilet paper and the cleaner cleaned the room but didn't put new ones. I was trying to call the room service or front desk, but all the lines were busy. Had to go down myself to ask. I heard so much about their breakfast, but it was not appealing to me. Might be due to Covid times.
Great little hotel . Brilliant staff. Just 200 meters from the beach. Free parking is provided.
very friendly and competent staff; super breakfast, but the hotel really needs a renovation. Wallpapers in the hallway were crumbling down. Also the pictures on hotels.com imply a much larger room than the reality (and the sofa bed from the room description is also nowhere to be found)..
The hotel is in good location and breakfast was descent. Rooms were not properly clean. the bed was uncomfortable and the rooms are very dated.
this is my 4th time in this hotel and i was very disappointed by the change of conditions
We booked last minute while on a bus to Eilat. I’m not sure it’s fair to say that the hotel is specifically underwhelming, I think Eilat is generally disappointing. Room was overpriced compared to what you can get 1k away in Aqaba. Tv didn’t work, air con didn’t work, breakfast was dreadful, shower was grubby. Guy on check in desk was pleasant enough, helped us find a corkscrew.
This is a well-priced, well-located small hotel. It has a small restaurant, small pool area and the rooms are fresh, modern and clean. Reception staff are generally friendly and well-informed of what to do locally. Parking on the street outside is free.
Awesome staff - helpful, positive, knowledgeable. Veranda in the second floor was a welcome surprise.
