Loved the location , condos have private pier and gate access to beach , walking distance to park , serval nice restaurant with excellent food Breakfast , lunch , or dinner, couple shops and bars , Grocery store , but just a bridge away from Mt. Pleasant where there's everything. I thought there should of been at less one assigned parking spot for each unit right by the unit instead of first come first serve you might end up parking on the other side of parking lot. Pool was nice had good laundry faculties , grill area with picnic tables,

This was good for a quick getaway. It would be perfect for two people. It was a bit cramped for 4, unless your kids are smaller. Great communication from property management. No issues! Honestly we spent ALL our time on the beach.

This condo was just as described. Everything we needed. Sea cabins is a jewel. Tom was more than helpful. We only had two questions for the month. His response was immediate. I would definitely stay again.

The condo is a nice corner unit. Small but comfortable. Great access to the beach. Walking distance to restaurants/bars/ice cream. Nice central location.

This condo was amazing! My three children and I so enjoyed our time! Tom was very communicative and helpful during our stay. The condo has a great view of the ocean and is literally steps away from everything Isle of Palms has to offer. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable and there was plenty of room for the four of us! We would definitely stay here again!

The condo is clean, neat & has beautiful ocean views, especially to see the sunrise. It is right next to downtown IOP so it is convenient to walk to restaurants & shops. The owner Tom is fantastic!! He answers your emails right away & he couldn’t be more accommodating during the stay there. There is a private pier for the condos & a coin washer/dryer is in the condo complex.

We had a wonderful stay at Tom's condo. The condo was the perfect size for our family of three and had all the amenities needed for a long weekend. The location can't be beat- the beach and pool entrances are just across the parking lot. It's also very close walking distances to several restaurants, stores, and coffee shops. Tom was very accommodating with arrival and departure times and always extremely responsive. I would definitely look to rent this unit again on a future trip to IOP.

We had a great time. Access to the beach was easy and quick. Really enjoyed the property and Tom was very accommodating and made sure everything was ready for us.
