this was an amazing property! very modern, in the heart of Rome. Complimentary, wine, fruit, water, beer, coffee and tea! and great advice as to what to see and how to get there. This was my favorite property for the whole trip to Italy. Its location makes you feel like you're a Roman, not a tourist

No air conditioning in sweltering August. They said the parts are on order. They stuck a fan in my room. They refused to change my room. This place is one floor in an Apartment Bldg they claim it's a Hotel or Guesthouse. Taxi's can't drive you to the entrance so you have to walk 200 meters dragging luggage on a cobblestone street. No sign on the bldg. Difficult to find, nobody in the neighborhood knew about the place. They claimed they are not allowed to post a sign. Made no attempt to offer anything $ let alone even a partial refund. They basically said it's too bad that you booked through Hotels.com, they have a 24 hour cancellation policy. They even had the nerve to collect a 15 Euro service fee upon our departure. Absolutely No Shame! Don't take the chance to stay at this place. At over 200 Euros per night you can definitely find something MUCH better.

Loved this place! Location was really fantastic--so much shopping and food all around. Gilbert was truly spectacular (Arwen as well but newer to the scene)--so helpful for any of our needs. The room was not huge but so comfortable--and the perks were really spectacular (free waters, soda, cellphone to use, and a lovely bottle of welcoming wine). I would certainly come back and stay here!

Amazing!

Our stay was amazing. First of all, Monica saved us a ton of anxiety by coordinating a last minute request for pick up service the night before we arrived. Gilbert and Monica were so helpful with any recommendations or accommodations. The hotels daily complimentary breakfasts are amazing..in house croissants and breads baked to perfection. Sadly, we missed one of the hotel breakfasts to eat at The Vatican, and we regretted it. The hotel thinks of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We are normally gone all day, but one day we came back to the room to rest and received complimentary champagne and juice with snacks!! They left complimentary fruits in the room as well!! The room is modern and so clean. The shower/restroom is sleek and spacious. It allowed multiple family members to shower at the same time. I can’t say enough about the staff and hotel accommodations. This place is truly a hidden gem in the heart of Rome. It’s within walking distance to lots of tourist attractions. For you fashion bugs, this hotel is also located near some of the best designer stores.
