Domus Ripetta

Domus Ripetta è centrale e pertanto non c'è bisogno di prendere la metro per visitare la Città. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa, silenziosa e luminosa. Letto molto comodo e il bagno pulito. Non ci ha soddisfatto la colazione. Lo spazio del cucinino molto piccolo. Abbiamo bevuto un caffè al volo senza mangiare nulla. Per il resto non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.

Ottimo servizio, camera bella e pulita, gentilezza e disponibilità, posizione strategica. Un solo consiglio: il divano letto è scomodo. Andrebbe cambiato il divano o, quantomeno, il materasso.

Pros: Quiet place, everything is explained and then you are on your own, breakfast food always available, great price for a clean room, elevator, close to taxi stop, close to large city park and many tourist spots Cons: Keys are a little hard to use, elevator very small, your bathroom is down the hall (not connected to your room)

The host was great and very helpful when she gave us the instructions. When I booked the room I did not read the bathroom was outside of the room so it’s important to keep that in mind if you’re looking for privacy and convenience. Location is great and it was a great value for what we paid. We would recommend staying there.

Let me start by saying the owner was at the property at the agreed time and was delightful and that was the only time we saw her. I can not call this a B&B, you have a self serve espresso maker, a loaf of bread and jam, help your self and clean up after yourself, cleaning materials in kitchen were very old and dirty and I threw them out. My stay was 7 nights and only had the cleaning lady in our room once, not what I was expecting. The location was great for walking to all the sites in Rome. If you are just looking for a place to sleep this was okay but I have to comment on the people in the apartment below us were screaming and fighting all night long on multiple nights so not much sleep was had.
