This property is amazing! The rooms were huge!!! The hotel was incredibly clean. It is perfectly placed for the mall and the old town area. Close to UNESCO heritage sites and other historic locations in Wrocław.

Large cosy room

Room was very comfortable and a good size. Bathroom was very nice with good toiletries. Breakfast was nice with a good selection. The pool was very small and jacuzzi was tiny so that was a little bit disappointing.

Very disappointing hotel, horrible service, will never go the extra mile to help. Don't allow kids to the pool, finding excuses to over charge, not the best location. Better to stay away!

Expected more..

I expected the breakfast to be much better. Ordered 2 fried eggs with cheese and got an omelette, asked oatmilk for my coffee and there was no way to warm it. I drank cold oatmilk with expresso. There was very less selection on the breakfast, nothing special from polish cuisine..

Convenient location, but disappointed from spa.

Very beautiful hotel with excellent breakfast. You can't find out about this at the front desk, but paid parking within the hotel is nearly four times more expensive than it is outside on the city's paid parking lot. Additionally, rooms do not have windows that can be opened to let in fresh air. The air is being cooled by the AC, but since outside air is not being used, you end up with a headache after a day there. Nothing the hotel staff can do will change the situation. It's nice that the hotel is situated at the city center. On the other hand the Spa is one of the smallest I've ever seen: one large pool and two small saunas, and one older jacuzzi, no private area, especially for relaxing after a sauna. The hotel's location in the heart of the city is convenient. The spa, on the other hand, is one of the smallest I've ever seen, with just one big pool, two modest saunas, an older jacuzzi, and no private space to spend for resting after a sauna or pool.

Fantastic hotel

A fabulous quality hotel. Large room with the most comfortable bed - small fridge, room safe, large bathroom with a bath! Breakfast selection was amazing and the staff were incredibly efficient and friendly. Swimming pool was not open at the start of our stay but when it was I used it everyday - fantastic amenity. The hotel gym was small but perfect for our use. All in all a fabulous week - thank you.
