No hot water and no options. Poor service.
We travelled for march break a family of 5. (3 young kids)
The hotel and pool were nice. The hotel is well located for travel.
When we arrived, it was late at night. We needed a shower and there was no hot water at all. When we called the front desk they sended a very nice man. He was unable to repair the broken part of the shower and the handyman was gone as it was late at night. if we opened the fauset of the sink the water was room temperature instead of ice cold...
When we called the front desk again to see our options, the man told me that my only options with my 3 young kids was to go have a shower at the gym... We took a room temperature shower for the first night as it was late and I was not gonna take a shower at the gym with the kids... The next day the women at the front desk was more helpful and when we came back from our day the hot water was repaired. For the rest the hotel was nice. From this experience I would choose a different hotel next time unfortunately. Hot water is a minimum.
