Villa Castrum

Perfect location , newly refurbished hotel . You do need to use a phone to check in as the reception is only manned till 3pm and check in dosnt start until then ? The lady who greeted us provided excellent ideas of what we could do during our stay including hiring the cheapest bikes and getting a good value boat to other islands. Handy that’s there’s an area for eating your breakfast (from the local bakery) with free coffee at any time of the day . We stayed 4 nights and we a little put out that our bin was never emptied and we never got fresh towels as they didn’t really dry in the bathroom . The room was infact never checked as we also had to ask for extra toilet roll (which was happily provided). The management did change whilst we stayed so perhaps that had an impact ? Our room was on street level so couldn’t really have window open during night and was quite noisy in the morning with people chatting in the reception area . We would use the hotel again but wouldn’t book the two rooms on the ground floor for this reason - presumably this is why they are the standard doubles not the superior doubles . On the whole a nice hotel and hopefully the new manager has sorted out the issues .

Great hospitality, helpful staff,great location , very clean and nice rooms , reception girl was very sweet and helpful.

+ Lage (zentral, alles zu Fuß erreichbar) + Lobby (klimatisiert, Kühlschrank, gemütlich) + Zimmer konnte früher bezogen werden + Personal ist bemüht + sauberes Badezimmer + zur Begrüßung Kaffee + WLAN + sichere Seitengasse - nur einer der drei Angestellten spricht Englisch - das Zimmer wird während des Aufenthaltes nicht aufgeräumt - Rezeption ist nur 2h am Tag besetzt - in der Lobby gibt es keine Toilette - kein Frühstück

15:15頃に宿の前に着くが扉が閉まっており人の気配が無い。扉を叩きながら待つ事10分。しかし埒があかないので通りを挟んだレストランへ行き、従業員の方にホテルに電話をしてもらう。宿のオーナーは予約が入っていない、今から向かうが一時間は掛かるとの事。仕方なくそのレストランで食事をしながら待つが、まだどこも見てないので食後、荷物を置かせて貰い観光へ。 16:45頃にレストランでオーナーに会い宿へ。宿はとても清潔で綺麗。オーナーはExpediaが悪い様な事も言っていたが真相は不明。とても残念だが総合評価は低くした。
