Very well situated, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and malls. I got a room in lower floors, from the window you can see the restaurant in the lobby. If the restaurant gets a little bit noisy you can hear it from the room.

I recently stayed at a Krystal urban in Guadalajara, and everything was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, always ready to help with any requests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city's main attractions. Plus, the on-site restaurant served delicious breakfast. Overall, my stay exceeded expectations, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Guadalajara!

Nice room for rhe price little far from turist areas shower water pressure comes and goes no microwave but it was a nice stay concierge never brought us the list of tv channels no menu to order food from the room and we ask for some silverware and they never show up

Not so clean
The bed sheets had not been changed prior to our arrival. We inspected the bed and there was hair all over the sheets and pillow cases. The sheets and towels had stains on them or were dirty, not quite sure. The room was beautiful, the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly and helpful but the sheets, pillow covers, and towels were nasty.

This was my third time staying at Krystal Urban and for the first time, I was very disappointed. Our room was located on the second floor. As soon as you get off the elevator, there is a weird smell. We get to our room, and it smells like bleach! This is after arriving at our room at nearly 10 pm! How does the room still smell like bleach after so many hours? The floors were not swept. I am a person who walks barefoot and I felt the dirt on my feet. We only got 2 bath towels, no small towels or anything. The fridge was also taken out of the room, and the walls in the bathroom need to be cleaned or updated. There is also no bellman to help with the luggage. The super nice guy who used to work there is no longer there. I do not plan on returning to this hotel. My two previous stays were good. But this one was extremely disappointing.
