One of my favorite places to stay in the Palm Springs area definitely reasonably priced and every room has refrigerator and microwave not like motel 6 and definitely not the crowd that motel 6 has they do not put up with that type of crowd. Walking distance to the bus to store to dispensary and seconds from downtown Palm Springs

I don't need anything fancy, just somewhere safe and quiet where I can get a good night's sleep. The room needed some TLC (broken door chain, peeling flooring) but the bed was comfortable and the front desk staff friendly.

Budget hotel so you get what you pay for. I only stayed one night. It was decently clean but I did find a small dead cockroach and saw one crawl into the wall under the sink. There were also small bugs crawling on the floor. The sheets and bedding were clean, I just needed a place to crash after getting back from a road trip. Manage your expectations.

I'd Stay Here Again
Great customer service. Interiors are adequate though do not match the vibe of Palm Springs. Pipe themed lights, towel bars etc do not seem to go with the eclectic mood of Palm Springs. Things were falling off the wall because they were not mounted correctly. Drapes in most units that are visible are frayed a great deal. These comment have more tp do with personal taste, and should not reflect on great value the price point of this hotel has, as well as the location which was great for us since we had a car.
