We were in Pullman to visit Washington State with our son. Cougarland was the first one to come up, and was very good.
Room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space, although a lack of outlets near the beds had us searching for available outlets to charge our electronics.
The continental breakfast had plenty of options, even for our son, who's a pretty picky eater.
With Pullman being a small town and Cougarland right in the heart of it, most of what we needed (food options and cute small-town shops) were within walking distance.
Only about a 5 minute drive from WSU campus, so easy access to the school for our visit.
Only negative I can come up with is they do not participate in recycling. Asked at the desk and they said they did not, so ended up taking our recycling items to the Spokane airport and depositing them in the bins there. That was a bit surprising considering it's otherwise such an eco-friendly college town.
