Well it was a nice experience, we honestly did not expected such a great service, we are greatly satisfied, thank you .

The location is very safe. They were not prepared for our arrival but quickly made amends and worked quickly and efficiently to fix the situation. Very kind and professional staff.

The elevator is a bit scary

The service is polite, cheerful and efficient and the property is clean, comfortable and easily accesible. The staff will go out of their way to accommodate and help you. Amenities are excellent as well, but not pool. The restaurant is small but excellent with a good selection of well prepared dishes and an extraordinary breakfast, which is included. The bar in the top floor is nice and comfy and has an extraordinary 360º view of the whole city, a nice place for a relaxing evening with friends or for a nightcap before turning in. It also has a gym but I didn't have the time to visit if. Definitely will stay there again, probably sooner than later since I am planning another visit before the end of the year.

Very nice and confortable hotel. the staff is very helpful. The restaurant is very convenient and has very good food. Sometimes the music was too loud. I had to change room because the safe deposit was not working and got a noisy room at the front of the hotel, and the staff was very nice and accommodating and changed for a third time my room. Thank you. I had an issue with the taxi, which does not work for the hotel and hope it gets resolved.

The staff is very professional. The rooms are clean and I love the balcony. The restaurant bar has a beautiful view. Beds are amazing... Highly recommend

You get what you pay, excellent for business trips.

Room 506 was gorgeous, but AC was not working. Within minutes someone went to check it and relocated me right away

Desde hace varios años, soy cliente habitual de este hotel porque es un hotel donde uno se siente en casa. Tiene una buena relación calidad/precio, el personal de recepción es muy amable y servicial. Las habitaciones son modernas y confortables, bien equipadas y disponen de una buena mesa trabajo, con silla de oficina confortable y con buena conexión de internet. Las habitaciones están limpias y el personal que hace la limpieza también es muy amable. Además, tiene un servicio de lavandería muy eficaz, pues en el mismo día uno dispone de la ropa limpia. El desayuno es excelente y variado. El personal del restaurante es muy amable y siempre pendiente de agradar a los clientes. El bar Skylounge es muy agradable por las noches, donde se puede tomar una copa y cenar con bellas vistas a la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien ubicado en la ciudad para acceder a diferentes lugares. Por todo ello, recomiendo este hotel para las personas que viajan a Tegucigalpa por motivos de trabajo y por otros motivos. Durante mi última estancia en el hotel tuve la oportunidad de conocer personalmente a su dueña y para ella, solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento, por el importante apoyo logístico que me ofreció para facilitar mi estancia en Tegucigalpa, con motivo del “Toque de Queda” que se impuso en la ciudad por la pandemia COVID-19. Ese apoyo es inolvidable y es un indicativo más que justifica la excelencia de este hotel por la hospitalidad y amabilidad de las personas que lo dirigen.
