I booked this hotel because of location. While the room and bath room were of nice size, the cleanliness was questionable. The bed linen did not look inviting or fresh. The bathroom it self was unclean. The bathtub had smudges and shower curtain had mold. I have attached the photos. My biggest issue was not any of this but the fact that the front office ill treated my senior citizen parents. I'd booked a three person room so that they can come with me to the airport to see me off. I'd paid for the room through hotels.com so they they can wake up in the morning just leave and not deal with the hassle of settling bills. When the time came to check out, they told my parents that the room was not paid for. So my dad asked them to check online since he knew that I'd paid already. The guy at reception then discourteously started questioning my dad instead of trying to verifying online. My mom then made an international call to tell me what is happening. Fortunately, she was able to contact me as I was between flights. I then spoke to the receptionist and told him again exactly what my dad had told him. He again pretended as if he has no records of the room being paid for. I asked them to contact hotels.com if they have an issue. I also forward the email from hotels.com to my dad so that he can show it again to those guys at the reception. My parents were insulted and lost at least 30 minutes of their time because of their inefficiency and poor record keeping. Stay away if possible.
