Look I booked through hotels.com, and now that I'm not sleep deprived, I see where it says front desk is not staffed at night to call ahead. HOWEVER, that should be the largest lettering on the email and it's not. So, I got there at 11:15 and was turned away. I was exhausted and becoming sick, however, of course, I was turned away. My fault, I guess. I could have been asleep by midnight instead of 1:30. What a waste of 70.00.
I included the email and how far you have to scroll to read that part about calling before hand. Shouldn't you have that listed next to the time frames that is mentioned higher up in the email instead of damn near at the bottom?
